This was a lovely and tender story of discovery, love, and forgiveness. The beautiful descriptions of South Africa and the vineyard made me feel like I was right there with the characters. The forgiving hearts of the Smythe family was very touching. A beautiful clean romance, all with a HEA. I highly recommend this book.
Taylor finds out at twenty four that she was adopted which sends her into a tail spin. She runs to New York to work as a photojournalist.
Armand’s wife is killed in a wreck one the way home from their honeymoons.
Will providence bring them together and help them heal and find love?

This was a book that had become so involved in, I was talking to the characters trying to get them to see their missteps. I could see them headed for trouble but I couldn’t get their attention. When I saw how the puzzle was being completed I realized, like so many places in our lives, God’s timing is perfect. While weeping may last for a night, He promises that joy WILL come in the morning.
This is an amazing story of love, faith and a mistaken identity. We watch an amazing journey through the wine fields of South Africa unfold, because a winemaker can't let go of a photographer, because she looks so much like his dead wife. I felt I was missing something important at the beginning of the story, and I was right. The author keeps the secret til climax of this story and you won't want to miss it!
I loved this book! A story built from love, tragedy, loss and a hope for the future. I loved that it was set in wine country and the detail that went into the description of the winery. As I read about the characters, I could feel their pain and loss. But I could also feel the hope just underlying that pain. I have to say I have had this book on the TBR list for a while and I wish I had read it sooner. I will be reading the rest of Marion Ueckermann's books
What a beautifully written and descriptive story! I read it in a day, hard to put down. God is prominent in the book as the One who guides GH and Ginny in life, Aimee's parents, Armand through grief, and later, Taylor, through the unbelievable news about her parents. It is wonderful to see the scenarios of this love story weave their ways around the characters' hearts to show God's will, guidance, love, and forgiveness. One of my favorite scriptures is John 15 so I absolutely loved the vineyard setting!
Marion Ueckermann is a new author to me. I can't wait to read another of her books. I love a good romantic love story that is clean, wholesome and I feel good about recommending it to others. The Other You by Marion was a nice easy read. Her description of the vineyards and South Africa was very enticing.
